The DSG5000 series microwave signal generator has a frequency range of 9kHz to 12GHz or 9KHz to 20GHz and supports 2-8 independent channel outputs. It features stable phase coherence, excellent low phase noise and good spurious and harmonic suppression ability--all of which are essential for testing complex systems such as superconducting quantum computing, radar signal generation, MIMO and EMS.

- Channel-to-Channel phase stability <1°@ 10GHz, resolution of phase offset setting adjustable in 0.01°
- Fast switching speed 3 ms.
- Output max. available power up to 25 dBm.
