The TOS9300 series is a high-performance electrical safety analyzer that complies to a wide range of universal standards. Hipot, Insulation Resistance, Ground Bond, Leakage Current and partial discharge can all be tested. A total of 6 models are available for standard compliance tests in a wide variety of applications including R&D, quality assurance manufacturing lines and laboratory tests.
