The ART-3D™ Series is a high-precision, true three-phase automatic transformer turns ratio (TTR) tester designed to measure turns ratio, phase displacement, and excitation current of single-phase and three-phase power, distribution, and instrument transformers. By testing all three phases simultaneously, it delivers fast, accurate, and reliable measurements while fully complying with IEEE C57.12.90 and IEC 60076 standards.
