CEMBRE B500 – Battery-Powered Hydraulic Crimping Tool Kit

The B500 cordless hydraulic crimping tool from Italian manufacturer CEMBRE is designed for crimping electrical connectors on conductors up to 300 mm². It uses standard crimping dies compatible with other 50 kN tools and heads.

The tool features an openable head with 180° rotation, providing flexibility and easy access in various working conditions.

Designed for quiet operation and easy handling, the B500 combines a compact pistol-grip design with an ergonomic handle, ensuring maximum comfort even during extended use.

For enhanced safety, the tool includes a quick pressure-release button and a protected operating trigger to prevent accidental activation. Integrated LED lights illuminate the working area.

An advanced OLED display provides real-time monitoring of essential operating parameters, including:

• Applied crimping force – confirming proper crimping performance.

• Battery charge level – for convenient power monitoring.

• Completed crimping cycles and remaining cycles before scheduled maintenance.

• Additional operating information for efficient tool management.

The B500 also features an automatic rechargeable battery connection system with a control button.

Integrated SMARTOOL technology enables users to view and download recorded operating data for digital monitoring and maintenance management.
