CEMBRE KIT-B500-1

The B500 cordless hydraulic crimping tool kit from Italian manufacturer CEMBRE is designed for crimping electrical connectors on conductors up to 300 mm². The tool uses standard dies compatible with other 50 kN crimping tools and heads.

The openable crimping head rotates 180°, providing flexibility for various applications and working positions.

The B500 features a compact, quiet, and easy-to-handle pistol-grip design, with an ergonomic handle that ensures comfortable operation, even during extended use.

For enhanced safety, the tool includes a quick pressure-release button and a protected operating trigger to prevent accidental activation. Integrated LED lights illuminate the working area for improved visibility.

The built-in OLED display provides real-time monitoring of key operating parameters, including:

• Applied crimping force and confirmation of successful crimping

• Battery charge level

• Completed operating cycles and remaining cycles before maintenance

• Additional operational and diagnostic information
